Gryfino’s needs and environmental conditions

In March will take place the first workshop meeting with the project partner: Verkis hf. The joint work of experts from Poland and Iceland will be concerned to a topic of understanding the local needs and environmental conditions of our city.

The aim of the workshop is to gain a deeper understanding of Gryfino’s needs, it’s urban environment and stormwater management plans with respect to future population growth and city development. The workshop will also determine the general level of knowledge about the solutions and the process of their creation and implementation.

The main task of Verkis experts will be to get acquainted with the 3 areas planned for the development of solutions for natural water retention and the 10 areas covered by investment activities in the project.
